At Holy Rock school, we value our most invaluable recourses, 'our teachers.' They in turn, not only transact the curriculum, but also generate an enthusiasm for ;earning and questioning critical disposition.
Our faculty enlarges the learning experience. The teachers are all active on campus and are actively involved in the extra and co-curricular activities that are penciled into the daily routine of the students. Be it on sports field, the phase of publication debates, dance or dram, teachers take an active interest and share a healthy rapport with the children.
Every teacher is assigned a tutorial group. The interaction with this group goes beyond the usual facilitator's role. Pastoral and counselors roles are marquee and the students benefit immensely. Occasional outing with teachers strengthen the bond that is forged on the anvil of mutual respect. Teachers training programmed are organized and workshops attended at different venues are a regular feature and ensure that the faculty keeps abreast of the latest developments in the field of education. The school is committed to increasing its teacher development programmed, both academic and non-academic.
